Instant Pot Recipe – Vegan Weight Loss Potato Salad

To prepare Vegan Weight Loss Potato Salad steam your potatoes in instant pot with a steamer tray and a little water on the bottom for 10 minutes on manual. Or you can use a stove-top with the same method for about 20 minutes with the lid on. Mix together all of your sauce ingredients while potatoes are cooking and chop your veggies.

Add potatoes into a large bowl and chop into smaller bits. Pour sauce over top and mix in with the veggies. Let cool in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
