Zucchini Spaghetti Pasta | 3 Different Ways | Keto Recipes | Headbanger’s Kitchen


Zucchini spaghetti, zucchini pasta, zoodles – call them what you will, but they’re a great low-carb substitute for noodles and pasta on the Keto diet, and no less delicious. Here’s an easy method to make them without a spiralizer and three different scrumptious variations – tomato sauce, creamy cheese and pesto. These recipes are low on carbs, gluten-free and can easily be made vegetarian as well. Enjoy!

Ive tried the zucchini pasta previously and I always end up with a bowl full of water from it, which it a bit yuck. Ive tried salting and leaving then patting with kitchen towel , but it still pours out water.  Any brilliant ideas for me ????.  Keep up the fantastic creativity. Love it.

  23. keep it up your making me buy diferent foods and I tried a butter garlic shrimp and zucchini stirfry cooked them separetly the zucchini I did the same as shrimp on butter and chopped garlic and a Creole seasoning but in the zucchini I added a bit of chicken boullion and it came out great

  25. You really would never need a spiralizer to make zucchini into spaghetti. Just do what he did but cut a few gashes into the zucchini first. Boom. Zucchini spaghetti!😎

  27. I tried these and they were all great! I prefer the peeled zucchini over the spiralizer, I tried both and like the linguine noodle effect much better.
