This is what I ate today. I am pretty relaxed about what I eat, but I do love to keep it clean and simple, as my body responds best to this! I tend to eat a small breakfast, just because thats what my body wants most of the time and then lunch and dinner are very large portions! I eat loads of greens because these make me feel the best and like to incorporate raw foods with cooked. I snacked throughout the day but for the most part I usually don’t as I am usually still full from my previous meal. Hope you enjoy these fresh, easy, delicious meals.
