(see below for ingredients) Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil 2 Pcs (1″ each) Cinnamon Sticks 2 Cloves 5-7 Pieces Black Peper 1 Tsp Ginger (fine, chopped) 1 Tsp Carglic (fine chopped) 1/2 Cup Copped Onions 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes 1 Heaped Tsp Coriander (coarse ground) 1 Heaped Tsp Curry Powder 1 Tsp Salt 1 Sliced Green Chili (1/2 inch pieces) 1 Cup Chopped Cauliflower 1/2 Cup Chopped Potatoes 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrots 1/2 Cup Chopped eggplant 1/2 Cup Green Peas (frozen is OK) 1 Cup Basmati Rice (Soak rice for 15 mins, boil 6 cups of water with 1 piece of bay leaf & 1 heaped Tsp of salt, strain rice & add to boiling water, cook for 5 mins and strain and let cool)
