Upma (Indian Breakfast Recipes) is a healthy South Indian and Sri Lankan Tamil breakfast recipe, typically made with roasted semolina (also called rava, sooji/ suji) and some variety of veggies.It is cooked as thick porridge, also ideal for kids and all age groups. It become popular all over the country because it is easy and quick to make.

Ingredients:
Semolina/ Suji/ Rava: 1 Cup ( 250 gm)
1 cup mix vegetables (chopped Carrots, beans, fresh green peas, bellpeppers or any combination of vegetables)
1 big chopped Onions
1/2 bunch chopped Coriander Leaves
2 Green Chilies Chopped
5-6 Curry Leaves
3 tsp oil
2 1/2 cups of hot water
Salt
For tempering:
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
7-8 Cashew nuts and raisins
1/2 tsp chana daal (bengal gram) and urad dal(broken black gram)
Bhujia for garnishing
