Welcome to my first Vlog, YAY! I am so excited to share my story, and all my fat burning/energy boosting recipes with ya’ll! Sorry I am so nervous, this is definitely a first for me! I wanted to start off with something that is really quick and easy to make, taste great, boosts your metabolism/energy level, and is perfect if you are always on the go! Please subscribe to my youtube channel and facebook blog page where I go more in depth, so can stay up to date as I post all my recipes!

I use the Nutribullet almost every day, and it has become such a staple piece for me losing weight! It takes seconds to clean, I just throw everything in, and if you don’t have the time to cut stuff up. Just throw in the whole pear, and it will blend the whole thing, which no other blender can do, so it saves me a whole lot of time! I blend it for 20-30 seconds, until everything is blended up, and put one of the tops on it, and throw it in my bag for later! That’s It! I would highly suggest investing in one if you do not have one, and you can thank me later! Here’s are two links below for it!

-Basic Nutribullet-
-The Nutribullet with the recipe book, and flip top lids!-

1.) Spinach- 1 cup
2.) Kale- 1 cup
3.) Pear- 1 ripe pear
4.) Ice Cubes- 4-5 cubes
5.) Flax Seed- 2 tablespoons
6.) Chia Seed- 2 tsps
7.) Cacao Goji Power Snacks- 1-2 bars
8.) Goji Berries- 1/2 cup
9.) 4 oz of Cold Water

  9. Hi, Sarah today's the first day of using your health eating and weight loss tips. Just finished drinking this green smoothie recipe and it's DELICIOUS! I had to use blueberry hemp power snacks by Navitas because Sprouts didn't have the one you recommend. Hopefully I will get the same results! Hope all is well with you and your husband!
