There are many ways to cook this dish depending on the sauce being use. The feature of this dish is the crispy beef, spicy sour and sweet. I combine sweet and sour sauce with sugar to get this taste. My version is not so hot, but more sweet and sour. I use this version because a lot of my customers do not prefer too spicy food.
