Stir in crushed potato chips and butterscotch chips. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased/parchment lined/silicone mat lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 9-12 minutes until set and light brown on bottoms. Makes 4 dozen tiny cookies if you use a tablespoon or one dozen large cookies with a small cookie scoop.
