Hello everyone,

As part of our “Weight loss journey series” here comes first recipe – Palak Paneer

The entire recipe calls for “988 cal” I have made 4 servings of this recipe and each serving is “247 cal”

Ingredients –

Spinach – 150gms – 35 cal
Paneer – 200gms – 600 cal
Full fat cream – 30ml – 100 cal
Olive oil – 20ml – 160 cal

Green Chilli – 6g – 1 cal
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp – 3 cal
Ginger juliens – 10g – 4 cal

Salt – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp – 2 cal
Red chilly – 1.5 Tbs – 36 cal
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp – 2 cal
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp – 2 cal
Amchur Powder – 1/4 tsp – 2 cal
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp – 3 cal

Cinnamon sticks – 2 – 18cal
Big cardamom – 1 – 6 cal
Cloves – 4 – 3 cal
Shahjeera – 1/4 tsp – 10 cal
