Keto Pizza (Fathead Crust) | Keto Recipes | Headbanger’s Kitchen


We’ve found the ultimate keto pizza crust – It’s the fathead crust. I made the cauliflower pizza on my first keto recipe episode and I followed that up with a meat crust video as well. Finally I’ve gone ahead and made the fathead pizza, and trust me folks it’s the winner by a mile. One tip though, eat it HOT. Hope you guys enjoy this recipe.

  11. First attempt had the baking paper stick to it so it had to be thrown out possibly due to not enough oil.Tasted great on the second attempt but made it a bit thin . An excellent substitute to normal Pizza.

  16. I think I fudged up when I made it 😟 I ended up with something more like biscuit dough instead of pizza dough. I'm not new to cooking/baking or anything, but when I added the egg it didn't mix in nicely. It took me 5 minutes to get it incorporated. Then my dough wasn't elasticy at all. But, it still tasted great as a pizza so…..

I stay in Delhi and when I go to a store and ask for almond flour or coconut flour the guys make such a face as if I have asked something offensive…. it is hard to find such ingredients especially in Delhi… Online stuff is so expensive that is why I just depend on cauliflower for my keto diet.
