This week I try Infinity Sauce, produced by Fire Foods. Really chunky texture to the sauce which contains nothing but fresh Infinity Chilli and white vinegar. Taste wise very good, a mixture of fruity taste from the chilli and a tangy taste from the vinegar, very nice. Reminds me of the fruity taste of a Trinidad Scorpion (which I suppose it would as the Infinity is a scorpion / 7 pod cross I believe). Great to add into food to crank up the heat, and all natural so no nasty extract taste. Grab a bottle while you can as they are only being produced in very small batches. Ps Please ignore the poster hung up beside me, it belongs to my wife honestly!!
