Today I am going to be sharing a simple quick Indian Lunch soup recipe.It is a sprouted moong dal soup which is a soothing recipe for quick detox. sprouting the moong dal make sure to make the soup more digestible by removing the antinutritional substance from moong dal.
METHOD:
Heat a saucepan and add 1tsp of ghee.Add 1tsp of cumin seeds and 1tsp of grated ginger.Saute it and add the puree of steamed 1 cup of sprouted moong dal, carrots and beans.Let it boil.season it with little salt and black pepper.Squeeze a little bit of lemon juice.
Serve warm
