I am so exited to bring you this incredibly easy, SO yummy, NO BAKE HumaPro® Cheesecake recipe! This HumaPro® Apple Cider Flavored Cheesecake recipe is honestly SO simple, it’s almost embarrassing, LOL! I’ve also made it using the Sour Grape HumaPro® and it is just as delicious and refreshing! There are several ways to use this recipe: I used full-fat cream cheese for this recipe, however if you wanted to reduce the fat content, use either low-fat or fat-free cream cheese. In the video I also used individual graham cracker crust tins, you can use a standard 9×9 inch pie plate or individual cups with NO crust at all, if you also wanted to make this an almost 0 carbohydrate cheesecake! I also simply placed a few fresh berries on top of each little cake, you can incorporate fresh berries into the cheesecake as well! Just make sure to fold them gently into the cream cheese/HumaPro® mixture after you have blended those ingredients with the hand-held blender!
