How to make Ketchup (Catsup) from scratch the old fashioned way. This makes about 30 – 8 oz bottles of ketchup in a 3-4 hour process. It is a sweet ketchup with a pronounced spice flavor to it. Grandpa made this for about 45 years. His mom made it to spice up the B-Grade food they ate in the Depression. Treat this like you would any other canning project.
