After trying many different recipes for egg fried rice, this one is by far the best. 1: boil rice and chill in fridge 2-3 hours atleast. (most important) 2: After 2-3 hrs boil peas and whisk 3 eggs. 3: Add egg & stir until nearly “scrambled egg stage” 4: Remove egg and add rice to frying pan & fry for 1-2 minutes. 5: Add egg, peas & stir for a further 1 minute. 6: Add salt and pepper to taste. 7: Add soy sauce for colour and taste. 8: Stir until even colour. 9: Then serve…….Enjoy.
