We will make it even more intriguing by topping it with delicious sour cream and sugar topping. This time we will need following ingredients: Two packages (8 ounce each) of soft cream cheese 3 large eggs 2/3 cup of sugar ½ tsp of vanilla extract For topping: 3 tbsp of sugar 8 ounces (225 grams) of sour cream 1 tsp of vanilla Are you ready to spoil your family? If yes then let’s get started! Beat the cream cheese in a bowl. Add 2/3 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla. Mix it in blender until smooth. Prepare a 9 inch (approximately 22 cm deep) pie plate by greasing it with butter (if you like, sprinkle it with graham cracker crust for more crunchy sensation in your mouth). Pour the mixture for your simple cheese cake into the pie plate. Bake 22 to 25 minutes at 350°F (175°C). Don’t forget to keep an eye on your cake. Once your cheese cake is ready remove it from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. For the topping we will combine 2 tablespoons of sugar, sour cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix it all together and spread over the cheesecake. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes. Once that is done cool and refrigerate your kitchen masterpiece.
