OPEN FOR EXACT INGREDIENTS AND MEASURMENTS:

PUMPKIN PIE PANCAKES
1c whole wheat flour
1 tsp bp
1 tsp pumpkin spice
3 tbsp c pumpkin
1-2 tbsp maple
1 c soy milk
Β½ tsp vanilla

PUMPKIN PIE OVRNIGHT OATS
1c oats
1c nondairy milk
1/2 c pumpkin (canned)
1/2 tsp cinammon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
vanilla 1 tsp
1/2 tsp caramel extract
1-2 tbsp maple syrup

PUMPKIN SPICE ICECREAM
4 banana
ΒΌ cup pumpkin
2 dates
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp caramel extract

  23. i really hope you can see this and help me out but all my life i've been very obsessive with my weight. i wouldn't say i've had an eating disorder because i don't think it's right to self diagnose, but i do kno that i have gone through certain extremities.. i went vegan about a month ago from being vegetarian for 6 months prior (for ethical reasons) and i try not to ever touch sugar or salt or oil and count calories and it's actually the first time i see a big success with losing weight. but i see people like you and caitlin and others who are thin and beautiful and allow themselves to have a big meal or a sweet snack every now and again and not go to the extremes of cutting out eVerYthing that's bad like i have to and still have such a great body.. idk where i'm going with this but i just need help on getting a healthy mindset with food/nutrition and losing weight and getting a slim healthy body while not totally restricting myself.. because you seem to have achieved that. ( i'm sorry for rambling.. i'm just really pouring my heart out and hope you can see this )
