INGREDIENTS Pound cake: homemade or store bought (your choice). 1 table spoon cinnamon 1 table spoon powdered sugar 1 container of whipped cream INSTRUCTIONS Add cinnamon and powdered sugar to whipped cream and mix together thoroughly. Melt half a stick of unsalted butter for brushing on each piece of pound cake (both sides). Add a small amount of cinnamon to the melted butter. Grill pound cake one minute per side or until browned. Serve with general portion of whipped cream on each piece and enjoy!
