  1. Looks awesome.  Can't wait to make some.

  2. Turned out AWESOME!! Thank you for this fantastic resume!!

  3. I`m on free gluten diet after suffering Celiac for 6 months. I always consider great gluten-free recipes on internet everyday to get my wellness dessert, but it wasn`t very easy  to practice and  it was  not delicious. I feel wonderful since I found the most readily useful free gluten dishes, since it presented complately. The sweets are easy  to prepare and taste that is delicious.  I highly recommend to search Delicious Desserts Perfecta Solution on google if you are going to cook some healthy dessert.

  4. Kick Ass Lasagna (Gluten Free and Dairy Free). Uses Cashew Cream Ricotta so it's soy free too. Used a Cashew Cream for a dessert at Christmas and it was FABULOUS. Will have to try this.

  5. Every day I used to eat glutinous food. But now I think I have to change my food habit.

  6. Great video, the gluten and diary free recipes in this video are awesome and they look so delicious! If you want to look for more gluten and dairy free recipes, I suggest you also take a look on Delicious Desserts Perfecta Solution. you can just google "Delicious Desserts Perfecta Solution" for more information, you can definitely find a lot information on gluten and diary free recipes and other useful information.

  7. every day i used to  watch  videos on internet which explain gluten-free recipe ideas  to prepare a  healthy dessert.this is really helpful to get some ideas for me. Ithere is another search in google is – Delicious Desserts Perfecta Solution – if you are interested plaese find and watch.

  8. My girlfriend and I are a pair of meat-loving omnivores who do not have any dietary restrictions and will be the first to make fun of things like Tofurkey and veggie sausages, blech! So in the spirit of the mock apple pie, I took this recipe as a sort of challenge because I love lasagna but know that it's bad for me to eat all those calories. So I prepared it exactly according to the video ( but without the zucchini). First let me say that the bechamel sauce knocked my socks off–it's REALLY honestly delicious. Out of the oven this dish is divine and I can't tell you how shocked I was. The bechamel replaces any need for ricotta cheese and in fact brings a punch of garlicky goodness that the cheese never could. We're having the last of it tonight and I will be sad to see it go! I just can't express how good this is, thank you so much.
Also surprising is that (with the exception of the cashews) the ingredients weren't that expensive. The Beyond Meat is available at Target here in the US. The mozarella Daiya cheese, noodles, and nutritional yeast I was able to find in my local whole foods store. All were not as expensive as I'd imagined them to be, in fact they were very economical.
The jury is still out on the meat crumbles for me, but I'll give them another chance to win me over. They have roughly the presence of ground beef, but when I make this again I will probably use the 93% lean available at my local farmers' market. But if your diet or beliefs leave you seeking a ground beef alternative, this is the way to go. (Truth is if I hadn't known that it was not ground beef I probably would not have noticed because everything is just SO good.) I'm also intrigued by the nutritional yeast as it seems to have a lot of possibilities.
I'm not changing teams just yet, but this dish helps me feel less sorry for those who choose to or must live according to dietary restrictions. Turns out the other side has been secretly ENJOYING delicious dishes like this one and sacrificing nothing. Thank you for sharing, bravo Alina.

  9. This looks so good actually. I have been passing kidney stones and passed a big one just on Friday March, 18, 2016. It was a big one and I am in pain. My doctor is encouraging me to go to gluten free and dairy free and eat less animal protein. I am so glad I found this channel. I will subscribe for sure. Thank you so much
