  1. That looks sensational! Yumm

  2. I love those southwestern flavors and the bright fiesta colors give it great eye appeal as well. I really like that you kept it vegetarian as well. Give me this and some Pacifico or Tecate and I'll be a happy person.

  3. Blakely, that looks fantastic. Lots of flavor in a nice lite meal. Thanks. Neil

  4. Looks fantastic. Definitely making this soon. Probably this week. Is fresco cheese similar to feta?

  5. This looks DELISH! I use a similar mix, but, instead of spaghetti squash, I stuff it in a charred, destemmed poblano pepper (like a vegetarian, healthier chili relleno)…well, heavier on the black beans and corn, and I add either fresh tomato or a can of rotel. I'm DEF gonna try this, though.
…meant to comment on your Paloma vid, too, but I JUST picked up some Texas made red grapefruit vodka distilled from wheat…I'm thinking something a bit Paloma-ish, but with agave syrup, as I prefer a straight sugar taste in cold drinks (as opposed to honey in hot drinks).

  6. omy-gosh. your TEETH are beautiful! are you a Dentist?

  7. would love to see her have a wardrobe malfunction

  8. Hi! Did you cook the corn before sauteing? Thanks 🙂

  9. Hi. I am attempting to make spaghetti squash. I cut it in half, sprinkled it with olive oil, salt and pepper and placed it on a baking sheet downside in a 400 degree oven. It is burning!!! Can you tell me what I am doing wrong???

  10. Mine looked so gross but they tasted pretty good! Lol
