Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Triple Ply Stainless 12″ Skillet With sloped sides and a wide, flat bottom, the Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Triple Ply Stainless 12″ Skillet is ideal for frying fish, sauteing onions and garlic, or browning big batches of chicken. The open design of the skillet maximizes the cooking surface and makes it easy to rearrange food as it’s cooking. This skillet has a pure aluminum core that is bonded on both sides to stainless steel. The skillet provides consistent, even heat distribution along the base and side walls. Its solid stainless steel riveted handles stay cool and its rim is tapered for drip-free pouring. Its exterior features a brushed finish while its polished interior cooking surface does not discolor, react with food, or alter flavors. The skillet is oven safe to 550° F, stovetop safe ( including induction ), broiler safe, freezer safe, and dishwasher safe. Plastic, wood, and nylon utensils should be used.
