  5. Greetings again, from Asia! I tried this recipe this weekend, and it was a big hit with the family.  Seconds were ordered all around.  I substituted red wine for white wine in the sauce, and I added Swiss Brown Mushrooms to the mix.  I also took the foil and cling wrap off for the last 15 minutes or so to brown the cheese.  I posted a photo of the end results on my flickr page.  Here’s a view of a smaller version.  You may have to copy and paste into your browser:
