This is how I make one of my favorite snacks: soft pretzels! They are very similar to Auntie Anne’s but better. So moist and buttery, you won’t be able to eat only one… Or even only two. Ingredients: 4 Tsp. active dry yeast, 1 teaspoon white sugar, 1 1/4 cups warm water, 4 cups all purpose flour, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 tbs. veggetable oil, 1/2 cup baking soda, 4 cups hot water, 1/4 cup kosher salt, 1 stick melted butter.
