Here is my third attempt using fondant. This is my imitation of a 3D dump truck cake that I a found in Wilton’s Celebrate with Fondant book. It’s a birthday cake for my nephew Parker who is turning four. I baked five eight inch square cake layers using Hershey’s Prefectly chocolate cake recipe. I covered the cake in vanilla buttercream and homemade marshmallow fondant. This cake took two days to make, i took my sweet time. Let’s hope he likes it.
